Clutch Release Bearings

MRS produces clutch release bearings for Heavy commercial vehicles which finds applications in vehicles like Mercedes, Man, & BMC Trucks. MRS Clutch Release Bearings are manufactured using superior bearing steel along with components which can resist high operating temperatures. The clutch release bearings are greased for life time with Seals manufactured to ensure high operational temperatures with a minimum grease loss.

Propeller Shaft Support Bearing

Center Support Bearings are one of the most demanding bearing application in the automotive applications. The bearing is used to support the Propeller shaft which connects the Gear Box to Rear Axle of the Vehicle. MRS produces center support bearings for HCV with extended inner ring design which utilized special sealing arrangement. The Extended Inner Ring allows higher load capacities while maintaining the overall rigidity of the bearing arrangement and the special sealing arrangement provides least amount of ingress of dirt & water in the bearing. These special arrangements give MRS bearings much better service life.

Steering Support Bearings & Races

MRS produces steering support bearings and races to suit applications in the HCV's , LCV's , 2 Wheelers and 3 Wheeler's. The bearings are designed to provide optimum support to the steering column with vibration damping characteristics.

Radial & Axial Cages & Bushes

Cages are used for application wherein the matting components are of bearing accuracies and have the least cross sectional area. MRS produces cages suited for axial, radial as well as combined axial and radial loads. MRS Cages and applications in various Industrial and Automotive applications like power steering, Braking systems, Hydraulic Pumps. Special cages are produced by us for applications in propeller shafts and steering columns. Varied Material like Nylon, Brass, Metal are possible to be utilized for your specific requirements.
